Class Schedules
Functional Fitness Featuring Russian Kettlebells Mondays and Wednesdays @ 5:30 - 6:30
Join us for a unique functional fitness class featuring Russian Kettlebells. These hour-long classes will include a functional warmup, flexibility, & instruction on proper Russian Kettlebell usage and form as well as "Primal Pattern" (tm) training. All ability levels are welcome and more classes will be added based on demand.
